Admeasurement
Admeasurement refers to the practice of determining the exact dimensions of a vessel to calculate the tonnage. Admeasurements are performed to ascertain whether the vessel is classified as large enough in size to qualify for documentation. A certificate of admeasurement will be granted to the Vessel on qualifying the correct size and status.
